Remote Assistance

In some support cases we might need to access your PC, e.g. to help with software issues or to troubleshoot a connected robot.

We use TeamViewer (we can control your PC) or Microsoft Teams (you will need to click) for this. If you can not use this software on the PC that is connected to your robot you may use Teams on a different device, e.g. a phone, and point a camera to the PC's screen.

Please always get in contact with our support via E-Mail first and only start a TeamViewer session after we asked you, otherwise we will ignore your request.

TeamViewer Quick Support

Download the TeamViewer Quick Support application and start it once the meeting starts. Wait for us to connect.

Microsoft Teams

After agreeing to a call we will send you an invitation via E-Mail. Click the link in the mail once the meeting starts.
